Mentoring program

They are the reference of our internal culture and strategies towards Peers development. They promote involvement, knowledge and experiences among employees. They are present in the projects’ day-to-day, and they also deal with issues relevant to the accounts they manage, offering advice to the executive body, as well as new approaches and directions for conducting business.
They manage clients and projects simultaneously and structure objective approaches by implementing strategies through a series of tactical and operational actions. They provide customer and team support on issues related to the development of their business and projects, respectively, as well as assisting in decision making.
They are the main reference within the projects. They manage different projects simultaneously and structure objective approaches for our clients, implementing strategies through a series of tactical and operational activities. They provide customer support and assist in all kinds of business decisions.
They participate in projects in challenging and dynamic environments. They deal directly with our clients and work in projects of greater complexity, still with some degree of supervision. They are responsible, along with the Project Manager, for the implementation and application of the agreed action plan.
They are recently-graduated and work full-time, usually with challenges similar to those of an Analyst. Their responsibilities already include quantitative and qualitative analyses. Trainees have an adaptation period of 6-12 months, in which they will be evaluated as fit, or not, for the Consultant career.
They support the team and already have challenges to be laid out within their sphere of competencies. They create accelerators and build artifacts that optimize project daily deliveries, in addition to attending events to better adapt to the consulting environment.

É responsável pelo relacionamento com os clientes, realização de propostas, definição da equipe e prazo do projeto. São referência no que diz respeito à nossa cultura interna, definindo as estratégias para o desenvolvimento da Peers.
Estão envolvidos em todos os aspectos do projeto, desde o planejamento e realização de análises até execução dos planos de ação e recomendações para os clientes. São capazes de resolver problemas complexos por meio de soluções estruturadas, com planos de trabalho factíveis e aplicáveis a sua realidade.
É a principal referência dentro dos projetos. Gerencia diferentes projetos simultaneamente e estruturam abordagens objetivas para nossos clientes, implementando a estratégia por meio de uma série de atividades táticas e operacionais. Oferecem suporte ao cliente e auxiliam na tomada de pequenas, médias e grandes decisões.
Participam de projetos em ambientes desafiadores e dinâmicos. Lida diretamente com o cliente e atua em projetos de maior complexidade, mas ainda com algum grau de supervisão. São responsáveis, junto com o gestor de projetos, pela execução e implementação do plano definido.
Recém formado com dedicação em tempo integral, normalmente com desafios semelhantes a de um analista. Suas responsabilidades já envolvem análises quantitativas e qualitativas. Os trainees tem um período de adaptação de 6 meses a 1 ano, em que serão avaliados como aptos, ou não, para carreira de consultor.
Dar suporte ao time e já recebe desafios para serem delineados dentro da sua esfera de competências, criando aceleradores e construindo artefatos que otimizem entregas e o dia a dia do projeto, além de participar de eventos para maior adaptação ao ambiente de consultoria.
